Birch Brook Lodge is a large family cottage nestled in amongst a Cedar forest on 18 privately owned beachfront acres. The home has been family owned for over 60 years and is set up for group holidays. The bedrooms have been outfitted in newly purchased hotel quality beds and bedding. The furnishings are a variety of antiquities and possessions colleted by the generations that have visited.
This home offers peaceful, easy living and entertaining. Clear birch paneling adorns the walls of the large open living room, which is complete with a treasured Grand Piano for family entertainment. Enjoy the glass-encased sunroom looking out onto this picturesque, secluded paradise, alive with a lovely mix of sunshine and shade trees. It is a great place to spend lazy summer days. Take a short walk through the forest to the beach where you will discover 300 feet of beachfront with breathtaking mountain views.
The open field and yard areas are great places to let the children play near the home.
